Golf Course Homes Near Tacoma Under $1M: Where to Actually Look

Every month I get the same call: 'Chad, golf-course home, near Tacoma, under a million — does it exist?' Yes. You just have to know the right courses and the right streets. As an active local golfer who works this market, here's where I actually send clients.

Allenmore (Tacoma)

Mid-Tacoma, mature trees, a course that's been part of the city forever. Homes adjacent regularly trade in the $600K–$900K range. Best value-per-fairway in city limits.

Lake Spanaway Golf Course

South of Tacoma. More land, more value, real golf access. Homes here can land well under $700K with the right inventory window.

Twin Lakes (Federal Way)

Just north of Tacoma. Country-club feel, established neighborhood, and homes regularly under $1M depending on size and view. One of my favorite tours.

Washington National (Auburn)

Husky golf, championship-quality. Newer subdivisions nearby give you that golf-community feel without the country-club price.

Fircrest Golf Club

Tightly held — most adjacent homes punch above $1M, but a few side streets and smaller lots can sneak under. Worth being on a watch list.
